Titanox is a independent retailer. We are not the manufacturer of the products sold and do not present ourselves as such. Brands mentioned for descriptive purposes belong to their respective owners.

3. Products and prices

Photographs are for illustration; slight differences in colour or finish are possible. Prices include all taxes, excluding shipping, and may change at any time. The applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

The sale is concluded when payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability, with a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Delays caused by the carrier or customs cannot be held against us.

6. Withdrawal and returns

The conditions are set out in our refund policy: 30 days after receipt.

7. Use of products

The items sold are cookware intended for household use. Follow the instructions for use and care provided.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Applicable statutory warranties remain in force.
